The Petzl ASAP is a Mobile Fall Arrest device with an energy absorbing lanyard for use on a safety rope, this version comes with a 20cm Sorber lanyard. It will stop a fall, slide or uncontrolled descent and locks even if the device is grabbed during the fall. It will work on vertical or angled rope and moves along the rope without manual intervention (downwards and upwards). Easy to install and remove at any point on the rope and comes with a Petzl OK Triaction karabiner. Certified to CE EN 353 2. Suitable for 10.5-13mm rope.
