Yale Vectrus is a single braided rope of 100% Vectran (LCP, Liquid Crystal Polymer) with a maxijacket coating, this creates the ultimate in winch lines. As strong as steel this fibre thrives at high loads and carries a 4:1 load rating and because it has no stretch it will not recoil if it breaks under load. It has an extremely high critical temperature (approx 320 degrees C), which makes it ideal for use on either hydraulic or electric winches unlike Spectra or Plasma lines which are not suitable for electric winches due to their low melt points.
Vectrus can be hand spliced by an ATRAES factory trained and certified splicer so a customized winch cable can be ordered to suit your own machines specifications.
